Another cut from the "White Man Soul" album, & inspired by the late great indigenous activist & Charles Perkins & the "Freedom Ride" of the '60's, this was part of my journey to better understand my adopted home. Once, performing at a political rally during the 2007 election campaign, I was castigated for my reference to "40,000 years of stories to be told" & firmly informed by an elder that it's more like 60,000, however, these days I understand that they're getting closer to an understanding of 100,000.
